With Deep Gratitude and Appreciation

We are humbled by the outpouring of love and contributions from all of you. We were able to meet the medical expenses and funeral costs our family needs to lay our Lola to rest. Since our Lola showed love through food, we wanted to share a piece of our family with yours. Below is our Lola's famous chicken adobo recipe. A lot of her cooking was done by feel and intuition, but we did our best to recreate it below. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did and continue to do.
